Text enters backwards in Teams chat

We have several users who are experiencing Teams chat entering text backwards in dialogues and I’ve found nothing of relevance online as to why. I verified it's not keyboard issues/drivers, nor is it from CTRL + R Shift or CTRL + L Shift. It happens sporadically and there is no common theme when it occurs.

    Have them press CTRL and shift.

    It's a hotkey in teams.

    To narrow down the issue please ask the users to try to acess teams account using the web version and test from there

    They can also try to clear cache from the Teams Desktop app by following steps from the article below
