how to running Windows Network Diagnostics?

when i open facebook and other websie or link, then it is not open by any browser and display that 

  • Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.

how solves this beacause i d'nt have any idea about this?

and click on this and process is complete then display that windows can not communicate with the device and resaurces.

how solve it?

    Hi Arjun,

    To start the Windows Network Diagnostics, kindly follow the instructions below:

    1. Press the Windows key + R on your keyboard.
    2. Type Control Panel.
    3. Select Network and Internet.
    4. Now select Network and Sharing Center.
    5. Click Troubleshoot problems.
    6. Select Internet Connections.

    Follow the prompt to have the Troubleshooter fix it for you.
