Since you have already created a Quizlet tab using the recommended steps, but it is still not showing up, it could be something related with backend side and to investigate this query further need more resources. As we belong to community, we have limited permission, so it is suggested to open ticket with Microsoft Technical team, so they can check remotely and assist you further. Thank you for the valuable tips. I've already created a Quizlet tab on my Teams classes using the 'website' option as Quizelt app does not exist on our Teams platform.

Yes, you can embed Quizlet as a tab in your school classes on Microsoft Teams. Here are the steps to do so:

1. Open the team where you want to add Quizlet.
2. Click on the "+" button at the top of the channel.
3. Search for Quizlet and click on it.
4. Paste the Quizlet quiz link and press Enter.
5. Click on Save, and the Quizlet quiz will be added as a tab in your team

If you encounter any issues, you can also add Quizlet as a website tab by following these steps:

1. Open the channel where you want to add the website tab.
2. Select the "+" button at the top of the channel.
3. Select "Website."
4. Enter a name for the tab and the URL for Quizlet.
5. Click Save

This will allow your students to access Quizlet directly within Microsoft Teams, making it easier for them to study and collaborate.
