    Hi jamie.lee,

    a)   Since when are you facing this issue?

    b)   Do you recall making any changes to the computer?

    c)   What issue are you attempting to correct by running the troubleshooter? Provide more information on the issue you are experiencing

I would suggest you to try the following steps:

**Step 1:**RunSystem File Checker (SFC) scan to fix any corrupt system files. To do this, follow the steps mentioned in the link below:

How to use the System File Checker tool to troubleshoot missing or corrupted system files on Windows Vista or on Windows 7

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833

    Check if the issue persists,

Step 2: Let’s first go through the event viewer logs and check what is the application and module that is failing to load for more information on Troubleshooter crash.

    Open event viewer

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Open-Event-Viewer

What information appears in event logs? (Event Viewer)

    Thanks and Regards:

I ran the SFC but to no avail. The main time I notice this is when my wireless network is down. Use to be that it would troubleshoot the issue and automatically reset the wireless adaptor. Now I just get the message that the troubleshooter does not work.
