Why won't my headphone or earbuds work on Teams?

I have been on online learning for about two weeks now and neither my headphones or earbuds work when I am in class on Teams. They work on other sites, like youtube, Netflix etc. Can someone help me on this I would appreciate it.

    Good day! I'm Raniel, an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you.

    Have you tried to go to check if the proper speaker device is selected on your MS Teams?

    1. Launch MS Teams and click on your profile picture
    2. Go to Settings > Devices > select Custom Setup
    3. Select your speaker devices (in your case, your headphones/earbuds)
    4. Try to make a test call to verify
