I've tried to install this update a dozen + times now through both Windows Update and a manual download .  The update fails every time without reason.  I've had zero issues ever installing an update on this laptop.  Any help would be appreciated, I have followed all kind of procedures to fix Windows Update, etc but it seems the actual update is failing for some reason.  I'm baffled.

My computer freezes after every action, when I write this reply, every 10nth letter freezes the computer, when I open a new tab on the browser, when I press the start button when I click on a page or open file explorer, even on videos it plays for 2 seconds than freezes for another 2. System in task manager goes on top of the chart. When frozen audio is played and I can move my mouse but everything else is frozen.

It seems as if every action triggers multiple system interrupts the computer can't handle at once, so it freezes.

Edit: It was a bad nvidia driver that casued my gpu to hit 100 percent, I have uninstalled the driver, and my computer works, fine I am waiting until a new driver comes out to install the new one.
