Hello, Deb618 I will be happy to help you find a solution.

In most situations, the green screen error when playing a video, appears mainly when we surf the Internet, that is, on platforms such as YouTube. This means that in most cases it is due to a configuration error in our browsers.

As a solution I recommend the following:

    Follow these instructions for Chrome:

    1- Go to More.

    2- Select Configuration.

3- At the bottom of the page, click or press advanced.

4- In "System", deactivate "Use hardware acceleration when available".

If you are using another browser, refer to its help content to learn how to disable hardware acceleration.

In the same way I will be pending before any doubt.

When you first encounter the green screen when playing videos **** then first you need to restart your device. After that, check if the problem is solved or not. If not, then you have to update your Graphic Card Drivers by following the below steps:

    • Go to My Computer >> Manage>> Device Manager
    • Click on a Display Adapters
    • Next, right-click a graphics driver >> choose Update the Driver Software >> Search automatically updated the driver software.
    • At this time, Windows will find a Graphics Card. Now, reboot your PC to reinstall the new driver.
