Hello, thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community. I am here to help and provide assistance with any questions or concerns you may have.

This could be an issue with outdated drivers or perhaps some services no properly started. Let's begin with that:

    1. Open the Windows Services app (search for "services" in the Start menu).
    2. Locate "NVIDIA Display Container LS" and "NVIDIA LocalSystem Container" services.
    3. Right-click on each service, select "Properties," and ensure the Startup type is set to "Automatic" and the Service status is "Running." If not, start the services and change the startup type.

Restart your computer and review if the settings appear. Otherwise, we can try some other steps.

You can try reinstalling the NVIDIA drivers and see if it comes with all the utilities.

    1. Go to the Windows Control Panel -> Programs and Features.
    2. Find "NVIDIA Control Panel" and uninstall it.
    3. Restart your computer.

Go to the NVIDIA website (https://www.nvidia.com/download/index.aspx) and download the latest drivers for your specific graphics card model and operating system.

During installation, choose "Custom" installation and make sure the "NVIDIA Display Settings" checkbox is checked. Also make sure it is a fresh install, just in case.
