Hello everyone, I'm havind this issue with the internet Icon and connection every time i start Windows 7 Ultimate 32bits. The problem starts when the internet icon (LAN) hangs in a blue circle mode, like when it's loading, and it stays there forever. Everytime i click something in my Desktop or click the Home button, the computer crashes and stop working. I tried installing latest Network Drivers from Intel, but still not workin. I tried uninstalling the drivers and re installing but no use. I even installed a new antivirus (BitDefender 2012) but nothing new.

the Error that i get when i try Solving internet Issues is:

Package ID: Unknown

Path: C:\Windows\diagnostics\system\networking

Error code: 0x80070426

Source: Engine

User: GnZ

Context: Elevated

I already tried solving the issue with the following steps but still the same:

To fix, you will need to run a command prompt as administrator Start > All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt (Right-Click and Run as Administrator)At the command Prompt type : netsh winsock resetIgnore all errors, restart and voila'

I hope someone can help me fix this annoying issue.

Thanks!
