I think Microsoft forgot to mention a detail about Copilot in 22621.2361 and 22631.2361.

Even if I am in a region where Copilot is available, Copilot is not showing up if windows login is done with a local user account.

It only shows when windows login is done with a Microsoft Account.

That was never a requirement with Beta or Dev, where Copilot Preview is still working fine with local user accounts. 😂😂🤐🤷‍♂️

As for using VPN and connecting to the US, you can give that a try.

I often use VPN to test regional stuff connecting to different countries. 😉

There is an easier way for trying out Copilot from a different region.

Note that this only works if the Feature IDs required for Copilot are enabled.

Just use this command from Win + R or create a shortcut for it on your desktop.

Microsoft are releasing Copilot on a phased basis, we will not all get Copilot immediately with that update.

This is the statement they released.

Copilot in Windows will start to release in preview to select global markets as part of our latest update to Windows 11. The initial markets for the Copilot in Windows preview include North America and parts of Asia and South America. It is our intention to add additional markets over time.
