Disable junk folder in Outlook altogether

I would like to disable usage of the junk email folder in Outlook for all senders. The automatic detection by Outlook frquently prevents serious emails from being properly shown in the inbox. The only measure to achieve this is to explicitly list all future senders of emails in the blocked senders list, but this is obviously not feasible.

Thank you for the prompt reply. I’d liked to get a better one, but this is how it is.

    Dear MilanHribal

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Thanks for your description and feedback, but unfortunately, you can't completely disable the Junk Email folder in Outlook or completely disable filter of emails.

The Outlook mail server seems to have a stricter filtering policy these days, which may mistakenly send your mail to the Junk folder. Unfortunately, as this is a server-side rule, you won't be able to prevent emails from going to the Spam folder in this case, no matter what you set up in the client.

You can see this website about how Outlook mail server handle junk email or filter: Fighting Junk Email

At this point, the issue has become a server level issue, and since this forum, Microsoft Answer, focuses on basic technical support for individual users, this level of the issue is beyond our scope, and we have no authority to intervene in any way

I apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. However, I hope that your daily life and work will not be affected, and I recommend that you use your alternative mailbox to continue receiving mail if this is a major inconvenience to you, thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Best regards
