Windows 11 security blank screen

I am facing the same problem here; I reseted windows for it and did both local and cloud reinstallation. But the problem wasn't fixed. It's annoying seeing the security page blank. What's more is that when I click "check for protection updates" in the security toolbar, a popup shows saying "Your IT admin has limited access to some areas of this app" I have always been using this for personal use, so how come another admin is limiting my access.

This error is due to a bug in 23H2. Please try the fix mentioned in the following thread.

My windows 11 security is not working properly as I open it, it is just black blank screen in there. I checked on Google and YouTube for solutions. 

Then, i restarted the program after repairing & resetting windows security in by right clicking and going to the app settings. It is still the same. I also tried some 

PowerShell commands. Even reinstaling windows didnt even do a thing

I attached a SC as what I see whenever I try to launch the software

My laptop is in S mode. How can I load this file?
