Authentication Constantly Required on OneNote iOS After Turning on Two-Step Verficiation

After opening, app constantly prompts me to "Tap to Enter Your Password". I've logged in using (1) password and then approving it in the authetincator app, and (2) directly throught the link "Use the Microsoft Authenticator App instead". Both methods work and I do login. Problem is that it does not stick. Moments later, once I reopen the app, it asks me enter the password again in order to sync. I have also tried "Creating a New App Password", on the tw-step verficiation security settings of Microsoft's website, but the auto generated password does not work on the OneNote app.

    Hi,

    I started experiencing this problem only after I turned on two-step verification.

    • Version of the OneNote iPhone app is 16.6
    • Version of the iOs is 11.0.3
