Which Antivirus utility do you have on your computer?

This could be a subtle hint of malware.

Click Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features

Look through the list for any entries for suspicious software installed

Select it then click uninstall

Reset all your web browsers to their original factors state

In Microsoft Edge - Click Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Microsoft Edge

Select it, click Advanced options > Reset

3. I would recommend that you perform a Windows 10 repair upgrade. Repair upgrade fixes all Windows errors and retains all files, applications and settings. (You will not lose any data while backup is a good idea) Below is a good guide to perform repair upgrade

I used Windows Defender antivirus. I followed the steps you mentioned above but those steps didn't solve my problem. When i downloaded malware bytes & when i try to run, it shows me the same error. Please tell me what to do now?

I would attempt a repair upgrade next to see if that works.
