Recovering files after factory reset
I was forced to do a factory reset, and was unable to access my files to back them up to an external hardrive. How can I recover my files?

a clean install wipes the hard drive clean of everything
you can not undo what you have done
if you have lost data you can try this
there has been some success using this program in these circumstances

A factory reset doesn't wipe data from your drive, it simply marks it as open space, so your computer can reuse the file space, hence the reason why you can't use your computer until you run the software.
