Please help! I cant seem to sign into my desktop application for Word. It says that 1) there is no connection or 2)the servers are not working. Additionally I keep getting the following message pop up every time I try to reinstall office.

OfficeC2RClient.exe -Bad Image

C:\WINDOWS\System32\netprofm.dll is either not

designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the

program again using the original installation media or contact your

system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc0000020.

For any other relevant info is that i am currently paying for a subscription for office.

    Hi Lemon,

Haven’t heard from you for a while.

According to Palcouk reply, is there anything unclear?

If there is anything confused, please feel free to post back at your convenience.

    Thanks,

    Sandro

Restart the PC, when fully loaded start Word itself, does it then start correctly, if not

Apps & Features>Select Office your version>Modify/Repair, once the repair completes re-test
