A few days ago my computer was having some sort of lag issues like everything was so slow and then suddenly it automatically restarted and while it was restarting it had a text on the bottom saying attempting repairs and then sends me to a blue screen with different options. I have tried every single option available but at the end it always say it couldnt do anything and throws me back to the same screen. I have looked all over the internet and on this website for advice, I have even downloaded the media creation tool and it doesnt seem to work either. I need help with these as i dont know what to do anymore.

This maybe an issue with a system file being corrupt.

You can try a couple things.

Right click your start button and select Command prompt (Admin) to bring up elevated Command prompt.

In Command prompt type sfc /scannow and press enter.

    Restart the computer.

If that doesn't work then try this,

Right click your start button and select Command prompt (Admin) to bring up elevated Command prompt.

In the Administrator: Command Prompt window, type the following commands.

Press Enter key after each command:

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

Important: When you run this command, DISM uses Windows Update to provide the files that are required to fix corruptions.

To close the Administrator: Command prompt window, type Exit, and then press Enter.

    Restart your computer.

    Doesn't work try this.

Power on and off your computer three times

On the third time, your computer will boot into the Advanced Recovery environment

    Click Advanced Options

    Click Troubleshoot

    Click Advanced Options

Fix 1 - Run Automatic Repair

    1. In the menu, choose Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Repair.
    2. Next, select the target operating system to fix. Windows will initiate the repair and then restart.

Fix 2 - Use SFC /SCANNOW to Repair System Files

    1. In the menu, click Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Command Prompt.
    2. In the command line, type sfc /scannow and press Enter button.
    3. Restart your computer when the process is finished.

Fix 3 - Run CHKDSK to Repair Boot Drive

    1. Open Command Prompt using the steps in fix 2, type chkdsk /r c: and press Enter.
    2. Type Y and hit Enter when you are prompted to schedule the check after a reboot.
    3. Reboot and let the check proceed. It might take a while.

    Fix 4 - Fix MBR

Open Command Prompt, type the following commands and press Enter after each move.

    bootrec /rebuildbcd

    bootrec /fixmbr

    bootrec /fixboot

    exit

    If that does not work.

Go to a working computer, download, create a bootable copy, then perform a clean install.
