My Website is "Reported Unsafe"

Microsoft SmartScreen is giving a jarring bright red "This site has been reported as unsafe." message if any visitor tries to access a file on my website.

My website is made primarily for my organization to access PDF documents. I filled out the feedback report that I am the owner of the website and that there is no unsafe content, but I have not heard back. And now, a week later, am still running into this issue.

Does anyone know if there is any additional recourse to resolve this issue?

Through Chrome I got access normally, but through Edge, the ''Unsafe site'' screen is actually shown.

In this case, even if you have already done it, on the red screen, click on more information and report that this site is safe, fill in the data as the site owner and submit. Also with Edge open, click Alt+Shift+i, and send your comment to the developers so they can remove your site from the list of unsafe sites, as SmartScreen scans downloaded files from the web and compares them to a list of sites of reported malicious software and programs known to be unsafe.

As we do not have access to this type of information, we can only wait until they respond and can resolve it.

I can also help by providing this document:

    Hope this helps.

Hi, my name is Claudeir. I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you.

Does this happen to some specific people? as I browsed your site through Edge normally, no problems with SmartScreen, go to this document, and see why this happens and also what you should do to fix:

Thanks for the reply. I get the issue when visiting direct links for any files (and I mean any files: PDFs, CSS, JS, anything). I have a lot of links to PDFs on my website. Please try visiting this link to a PDF file if you don't mind and let me know if you receive the warning: publicrel-2021-06-22-disciplinary-matrix.pdf (hcsopolicy.com)
