Duplicating Text Inputted - Word 365

Hey Guys,

I have become stuck trying to replicate inputed text in a certain area to other section of a word document.

We are spending a lot of time replicating the same information throughout a document such as job #, address, customer name etc.

I have been trying to work out a way to create custom fields to be able to input data into one field, and have this field replicated through out the rest of the documents.

For Example:

Job Reference Number: *Input Custom Information Here* < and this then replicated to other areas in the document where the job reference number is required.

Thanks,

Lauren
