Help with Teams Classes in Canvas
Hi, my college is looking to use Teams Classes in Canvas. We have Office 365 set up in Canvas, we have Microsoft Teams set up in Canvas, and we're trying to set up Microsoft Teams Classes but something is wrong. It's placed on the sidebar of courses, and when an instructor clicks on it, the page says you must go to Settings, Integrations and then Sync it. This is the error the instructor will get when trying to sync:
Any help is appreciated. I'm frustrated beyond belief (I am the Canvas Administrator, not the Microsoft one.).
It says the screenshot image is inserted but I don't see it, so this is what it says: An error occurred during the sync process: A Microsoft 365 Group must have owners, and no users corresponding to the instructors of the Canvas course could be found on the Microsoft side. If you recently added and removed course owners, a resync may resolve the issue.
But...I have a 365 account, as do all our faculty. And I'm working in a sandbox course, where Teams and Office 365 work perfectly in Canvas.
Help?
