Hi, in our case the problem was that there was a previous OneDrive sincronization with other tenant. The conection was broken from tenant by changing the password of the user.

We needed to re-link the old OneDrive and after link the new account.

When both were working we unlinked the old one and everything worked properly.

May be you should try to unlink your personal account and link the professional one, and when this one is working try to link again the personal account.

    Hope it helps!!
