I get this message over and over again all day the past couple days and it is very annoying. I have looked in the Admin center I can not see a way to get rid of it. Can you let me know how to turn this error/notification off please?

Please be informed that the notification will remain on Office 365 landing page and Admin area. This is only visible to Admin and Admin can dismiss the notification for the remaining login session. This is our approach in order for an Admin not to miss any important messages. (Understand that you would find some alerts are not important to you)

    Hi Albert,

For “I don’t see the Notification under Office 365 settings”, could you capture a screenshot for me? [click Use rich formatting->Insert image to upload pictures]

Then, could you confirm what kind of subscription are you using, and check if other users also frequently receive the notification?

Additionally, I would like to collect the following information from you:

    1. Your tenant domain name like contoso.onmicrosoft.com
    2. The global admin’s Office 365 email address and display name.
    3. The global admin’s contactable email address.

To protect your privacy, I have sent you a private message to collect the information above. Please access the PM via the steps below:

    1. Go to the Your details section on the right side of the community site.
    2. Click Private messages.
    3. Click the subject title of the response to read the message.

    Thanks,

    Iris

    hi albert,

could you check if there is also a notification under office 365 admin center-> billing->subscriptions? if so, capture a screenshot for us.

we can turn of the notification going to office 365 settings->notifications->uncheck the boxes.

    thanks,

    iris
