I can't access Windows Insider Program

It's been days now I cannot access Windows Insider Program and my Login wallpaper is not updating.

    Make sure 'Send optional diagnostic data" is enable, then open the registry, right click and delete the WindowsSelfHost key, restart and try again.

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft*WindowsSelfHost*

    Are you trying to join via the website or via Insider settings? more details and a screenshot would be helpful.

    Using the same account as you're using here should work.
