This error "This app has been blocked due to company policy" can occur from domain restrictions and changes made to the Local Group Policy. To better assist you, we would like to know the following information.
- Are you connected to a domain network?
- May I please know the version or edition of the Windows operating system installed on your device?

Meanwhile, you could try these recommendations below to see if it works:
1. Reset the Microsoft Store cache.
a. Click Windows + R key,
b. Type wsreset.exe and click Ok.
c. A command prompt window will open and closes automatically.
d. Now, go to the activation page and select 'Switch out of S mode'.
e. Select switch out of s mode in the Microsoft store.
f. See if it upgrades. If not, try restarting your PC.
2. Perform a System recovery.
If you are still experiencing issues,
a. Go to Settings.
b. Select System > Recovery.
c. Select 'Reinstall now' on Fix problems using Windows update.
