How do I get off of aptio setup utility?

Im stuck on aptio setup utility-2011 american trends the version is 2.14.1219. And I can’t get off of it and I’ve tried searching for an answer everywhere but can’t seem to fond one how do I get off of it

    I’m sorry that you are experiencing this issue, and I will try my best to assist you with this so that you find a satisfactory solution.

    Please follow the steps below:

    1. Select the Boot menu in the Aptio setup utility, select ‘Launch CSM’ and change to enable.
    2. Select the Security menu in the Aptio setup utility, select ‘secure Boot Control’ and change to disable.
    3. Select Save & Exit and press ‘yes’.
    4. Hold down the power button until the unit switches power off completely.

    If neither of those options work, you may need to reset your BIOS settings to their default values. Look for a "Reset to Default" or "Load Default Settings" option in the Aptio Setup Utility and select it.

    Select Save & Exit and press ‘yes’. to whatever 💩 changes the stupid 💩 app has made
    THEN AT ONCE straight away Hold down the physical power button until the laptop/PC powers off completely.

    When you reboot your laptop/PC the stupid 💩 app will be gone

    To avoid the stupid 💩 app appearing again try to never leave your laptop/PC on for long periods of time and defo never put it into sleep mode always shutdown completely.

    I’m not happy with this workaround either LOL

    My Asus K52Je 212 is stuck in Aptio Setup Utility mode......and not only that, out of curiosity I've set the access level to user and I'm stuck here.

    Please what do I do? I need to get out of this mode so I do my assignment.
