    Hi JamesYanga,

I'm Paul, an Independent Advisor and a Windows 10 expert. I hope I can help you with your concern.

The BSOD error is caused by Pool_Corruption.

    Please try the following methods.

    1. Install the latest Windows Update.
    2. Update Device drivers.
    3. Use System File Checker to check and fix corrupted system files which may be the cause of the issue. Please refer to the link.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-ph/help/402652...

    1. Use System Restore to restore your Windows to the point before the issue persists.

Open Control Panel > System and Security > System > System Protection > System Restore then follow screen instructions.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted.

This error can also be caused by hardware.

So I will also recommend that you run a test to your RAM/Memory using Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool or MEMTest86.

The new BSOD error is caused by ntkrnlmp.exe. This file is a kernel driver and a legitimate Windows component.

Since it's a legit Windows component I suspect that something else drove it into a fault.

I recommend that you run Driver Verifier to find any misbehaving, corrupted, or outdated driver.

Follow the instructions from this article.

    https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/5470-enable...

    Reminders:

=> Disable Driver Verifier after 48 hours or after receiving a BSOD.

=> Create a Restore Point before running Driver Verifier.

Let me know about the result.

    Thanks.
