Hi Everyone,
We are trailing Teams as our main form of contact.
We are having a few users come to us stating that Teams calls are not coming through to their mobile phones.
The users have logged into teams on their phone.
Of the 3 people we have had this issue with 2 are in Island mode in the admin portal and 1 is in teams mode.
Any help is appreciated.

Hello Tom,
Is it a Teams audio/video call? Please first make sure that the users have signed out Teams on all the devices, including Teams desktop app and web app. According to my knowledge, if you sign in on different devices at the same time, you may cannot receive notifications on one of them.
After that, re-sign in Teams mobile app and see if they can receive the audio/video call now.
