    Unfortunately, this does not work in the latest version of Edge on W11. Only one entry is listed and cannot be removed.

    Still getting "We’re having trouble loading your messages. Try refreshing."

    Not to mention, Teams Desktop Application keeps uninstalling and disappearing even though it's still listed in StartUp apps.

    I had the same problem with MS Teams and webbrowser Edge, Google Chrome, Safari. Renewing certificates helped me. Try this:

    1. run PowerShell
    2. upload the certificates from the website to some directory (e.g. to C:\PS, if the directory C:\PS does not exist, create it before) using the command certutil.exe -generateSSTFromWU C:\PS\roots.sst
    3. install the certificates using the 2 command separately $sstStore = ( Get-ChildItem -Path C:\PS\roots.sst ) $sstStore | Import-Certificate -CertStoreLocation Cert:\LocalMachine\Root

    Thats all.

    Thanks, that worked for me, too! Finally, after nearly 4 weeks of Teams problems and about 4man-days wasted trying to fix it. I can now use it on Firefox, Chrome and the desktop app on my Windows 10 laptop. Well spotted!
