The MSR partition may be moveable or not depending on your software.
If it will not move it, you can delete it and recreate it later. Just make sure and leave only the 16+MBs available as unallocated space so you can use Diskpart to put it back.

I want to increase the size of the efi partition from 100M to 512M but there is no available space next to the partition so i can't extand it, is there a way to do that without risking my data?

Please provide more information on your question, what do you want to increase the size of the EFI partition, are you intending to dual boot or are you getting an error when trying to install a large WIndows10 Update?
System EFI partitions are usually just in front of an MSR partition followed by the OS partition. It can be done with a third party software but it will be dangerous, so no guarantees can be given..

Okay, because Windows 10 has very limited partitioning capability, I would suggest using a 3rdparty utility like the free version of AOMEI Partition Assistant, it is fully featured and easy to use.
Using that, shrink the C drive partition by the required amount, then you must click Apply at the top left.
Then right click the EFI partition and choose to merge that and then add the unallocated space, then you must click Apply at the top left.
