Hi Team,

Recently, my laptop runs extremely high CPU (90-100%) once I sign in without any APP opened.

It just seems some system default APPs are running in background and I'm not aware these App.

Please advise how to resolve this sys issue?

Thanks!

Hi xrVivian

Thank you for the screenshots, I see the problem, you are infected with Segurazo, it is masking itself in a process named AntiVirus Service . . .

You should download and install the Free version of MalwareBytes, then boot your PC into Safe Mode and run a full scan with the free version of MalwareBytes to remove Segurazo

https://www.malwarebytes.com/

To boot your PC into Safe Mode:

Click the Power icon on your Start Menu

Press the Shift Key and click Restart

Your PC will boot into the Windows Recovery Environment

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Settings and click Restart

Upon restart, press 4 to enter Safe Mode

    Hi DaveM121,

is the Seguraro under any one particular item like below screenshot? If no, I don't think it is running on my PC. Thanks!

    Hi xrVivian

Please check in that list of running processes inTask manager, do you see Seguraro IC or Seguraro Service running on your PC?
