Hi
My old lappy that runs Windows 7 has been off for 3 -4 months and I turned it on today to try and do updates etc as I need to use it.
I have tried to run windows updates but I cannot. I see the red box and it gives me the message that the service is not running and i may need to do a restart...which i have done but no change.
Help!! How do i get updates to run again on my laptop?
