I am using Excel Online and the Save As function doesn't have a CSV option.  I need to download as CSV to move the file into my new CRM.  How do I do this?

Okay.  I figured out a work-around by importing into Google Sheets and then exporting to CSV.  Probably not what you wanted to hear on a MS site, but it's what we have to do in order to stay productive!  (I'd recommend fixing this for Excel Online, it's kind of embarrassing for MS that its users have to use a competitor's product to make their software work. - Just a thought.)

    Thanks!

    Hi Johnathan,

    Please see this support article:

The online version is limited in comparison to the desktop version.

    Jonathan,

you have to note that Excel Online is a free product, therefore it has to be limited.

If it had the same functionality as the desktop version, who would still buy Office?

    Andreas.
