Microsoft 365 and Office Updates | Failure to Update

"Microsoft 365 and Office Updates" stopped working after I installed the 26 June 2024 update - Version 2406 (Build 17726.20126). When I attempt to perform an update from any Microsoft 365 app for business, I receive an error stating "Something Went Wrong", with an error code of 30088-27. I'm running Windows 11, fully updated. I've tried using the troubleshooter but it did not resolve the problem. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Same issue here with MS 365 on the same build. Offline and online repair did nothing as did all other workarounds and suggestions.

The only thing left here is, apparently, to revert to an earlier build which is, frankly, just nuts. At some point this needs to be fixed and it's MSFT that needs to fix it on their end in some way, shape, or form.

Exact same issue here on Outlook 2021: fully updated Windows 11, happened after installing the Outlook 17726.20126 update. The off-line repair tool did not help; I have used the on-line repair in the past, but that forced me to rebuild the Outlook installation from scratch - which I'd rather avoid doing again.
