One of our users is missing the "file" table in the team's channel. The version that she's on is 24335.208.3315.

I have the same Microsoft Teams version as the person having the issue and I am having this exact issue as well, different client version though. My client version matches the one of the original poster.

Thanks for reaching back out. The same issue does occur on Teams web. I've noticed that my team's application shows the file tab, but the web version doesn't show the file tab. The user I'm working with isn't getting the file tab on either the web or the application. I have tried to reset and reinstall the team's app and still no luck. The version that the user is on is 24335.208.3315.1951 client version 49/24120100211 and the version I'm on is 24295.605.3225.8804 Client Version is 49/24120100217.

If the issue still persists, your certain part of scenario should be diagnosed by Microsoft's backend side support team via collecting some logs information such as debugging logs or some other logs.
