Hi have hundreds of licenses for multiple Microsoft products in my old VLSC account. I was told those licenses, keys and download links would be transferred automatically to my Work Microsoft account, but that never happened. Who and more important HOW can I contact in Microsoft to get assistance with all those licenses and activation keys. I have a mission critical system down that I need to re-install and I have no access to my activation keys.

    Hello,

It seems you’re experiencing trouble with your Microsoft licenses. Microsoft has transitioned all volume licensing capabilities previously available in the VLSC to Microsoft 365 admin center. If issue arise during the transfer, please contact Volume Licensing Support. You can contact them via this link: Volume Licensing Support Info. | Microsoft Learn

Also, you can find Microsoft product support through the following link: https://support.microsoft.com or Global Customer Service phone numbers - Microsoft Support

    I hope this helps.

    Best regards

Here's how you can reach them:

    1. Microsoft Support Website: Visit the Microsoft Support website (support.microsoft.com) and navigate to the "Contact Us" section. From there, you should be able to find options for contacting support via chat, phone, or email.
    2. Phone Support: You can call Microsoft Support directly. Depending on your location, the phone numbers may vary. You can usually find the appropriate phone number for your region on the Microsoft Support website.
    3. Chat Support: Microsoft also offers chat support options for certain issues. Check the Microsoft Support website to see if chat support is available for your specific issue.
