That is a technical support scam that pops up in some users machine. Don't entertain those pop ups or email because Microsoft will not part of it.
If they access your device, kindly check on your control panel and see what applications they installed on your machine.
Uninstall those application for it to remove on your computer. At the same time, you might want to reach out your bank for possible refund / cancel on your previous transaction .
