Shared Experiences Issue - Fix Now

So I just worked with you guys to fix an office and teams compatibility problem now I am getting a message that says there is an issue with my shared experiences that needs to be fixed.  I click it it brings me here.

I click the fix now and then this...

This screen blinks in and out going back to the blank one above...

That gray box goes away fixing nothing leaving me at the first screen with nothing fixed.  Any suggestions or help?

    Hi Carlos,

Tried it and turned it off I believe (see below).  Then restarted and turned off and back on.  Nothing changed :(.

Do you have any other Suggestions?
