I'm trying to cancel my subscription as I no longer require it but I've already been charged for another year of subscription even though I didn't want to. I've tried every possible way as per the website help/ support guidelines but nothing seems to work. I'm trying to get a hold of someone from Microsoft but can't seem to find a way to successfully do it. Before anyone says try contact support or live chat or call the customer support number... I've already tried those. The contact support number just keeps saying go to the website and drops calls on me without any option to even speak to an actual person. Live chat does not work either! I can't even type in anything and every time I request to get a call back it either says an error occurred to try again later or unable to call back at this time even though it's clearly within the said support hours. Is there any way I can contact someone from Microsoft to deal with my issue? can someone please advise? Thanks!
