cannot run under virtual machine

i disabled hyperV and it didn't solve the problem

From my research I found that this issue will occur if Hyper-V is enabled on the computer. If you have it enabled, let’s disable it and check. Refer to the following steps.

      •      Press Windows key+ X, click Control Panel, and choose Programs and Features.

      •      Choose Turn Windows features on or off

      •      Uncheck the tick mark next to Hyper-V, click apply, ok.

      •      Restart the computer.

I am having the same error "Sorry, this application cannot be run under a virtual machine" while playing NFS Most wanted 2012,

i did all the steps but Hyper V isn't there in the options...

I am having Windows 7 Ultimate, BIT Defender Total Security:- Antivirus.

I do both clean boot and disable the security software (Kaspersky Internet Security), but the error shows again.

• This issue is just occur with this game (Need for speed the run).
• I didn't do anything prior to this issue

-          Which security software or antivirus software is installed on the computer?

-          Does this issue occur with all games?

-          Did you make any changes to the computer prior to this issue?

This issue might occur due to security software program installed on the computer.
