Hello! Just very recently all my games on my PC have slowed down in performance a lot. Over the past few days I have experienced various levels of lag across the whole computer but today it seems to be running fine with the exception of any game I play. Below is provided a screenshot of my current task manager while writing this post as well as an internet speed test. If anyone could give me advice that would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Ivan,
Thank you for taking time to help me! Below I have included as follows: a screenshot of the System Summary tab of the Windows System Information application, and a screenshot of the Display tab of the Windows System Information application. I have tested Minecraft, American Truck Simulator, and Hogwarts Legacy and I have noticed fairly significant decreases in gameplay performance in all of them as compared to just a few days ago.
Hi , Davin.
Okay, first check if your windows is up to date and then the video drivers.
Then check in the NVIDIA control panel if it is to keep the Video system Only for Geforce card.
Use the Task Manager in the startup tab to disable some programs that start with windows, to disable services open run or powershell(admin) and put the command msconfig go in the services tab and then check the option hide all microsoft services, keep only essential.
User geforce experience to enable the performance check to see if the temperature is not going over the limit.

I too have had the same issue. Got my PC checked at a shop and everything. I use AMD and Radeon services and apparently they are known to conflict with another a lot but even so everything was fine until I installed a recent windows update. Even tried to rollback, clean install windows, etc. None of it worked and no matter how many posts I read that have the exact same problem there doesn't seem to be a fix for it other than waiting and hoping Microsoft sees the issue enough to patch it. As I believe it is something caused with their software and not ours.
