Microsoft Designer

I already have a subscription to Microsoft 365 and need to know how to access Microsoft Designer.

When I attempt to go into the site, I'm prompted that I'm already signed in, but when I click onto the prompt, I'm kicked back to the sign in screen, which does nothing but continually kick me back to the prompt. My question is if I'm already paying for a subscription to Microsoft, why am I unable to access the Microsoft Designer? I was hoping you could provide me with steps on how to access Microsoft Designer. Thank you.

    Hi Debra C,

Thank you for reaching out. My name is Leo, a user just like you. I'd be happy to help you with your concern.

May I know if you see any error code or message when trying to sign in? Have you also tried using any other browser, such as Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome? How about the private or incognito tab? Does it give you the same issue? Kindly also try signing out and then signing back in to your account via Settings > Account > Email & Account. Then check if you can sign in to Microsoft Designer. We will wait for your response to assist you further.

Your understanding and patience will be highly appreciated. I hope I provided a helpful information regarding your concern! Let me know if you have any further questions. Be safe always!

    Best Regards,

    Leo
