The host device is iball penbook. You can find it in https://www.iball.co.in/
Hi, PrasantaParida!
It seems you posted in the Surface Community forums. May we know the host device that you connect your pen? What is the make and model of the host device?

Actually the iball pen (I think) doesn't require a Bluetooth connection . So may be not appearing in the deice list in device printer section of control panel. The manufacturer is not responding due to pandemic. I think it's a driver problem that was not updated in the 2004 update .
Hi, PrasantaParida!
Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Community. May we know what you mean when you mentioned you're asking for iball brand? Is this a Surface Pen you wish to know the said pen's drivers?
In general, if you want to locate a specific driver, you can do it via Control Panel.
Press Windows > type Control Panel > choose Hardware and Devices> Devices and Printers. If you see the pen in there, double-tap it to see its properties.
When the properties window show up, click the Hardware tab and you will see a list of drivers for the specific accessory in there.
