Date and Time issue while launching Rocket League on Epic Games Launcher.

Hello.
I know this might be a weird place to post my issue, but I was redirected here from the Epic Games support team.
A error from the Epic Games Launcher is preventing the launch of the game, Rocket League. I've discussed with them and we ran through some protocol steps such as verifying the game files, deleting the web cache and restarting and disabling some background processes even. Nothing has worked.

I've looked into their debug logs and it states an error:
FAlertReporter: Reporting Alert code: LS-0013

[302]LogBuildNotificationToastHandler: Error: Format for DateTime incorrect in DisplayCondition Before({DateTime}). Datetime must follow Iso8601 format.

[377]LogBuildNotificationToastHandler: Error: Format for DateTime incorrect in DisplayCondition Before({DateTime}). Datetime must follow Iso8601 format.

[403]LogBuildNotificationToastHandler: Error: Format for DateTime incorrect in DisplayCondition Before({DateTime}). Datetime must follow Iso8601 format.

I have synchronised my Windows clock to the internet time and I have double checked it.

Please help.

Hi, I'm Robinson, and I’m happy to help you today.

I know how frustrating this may be for you but I'll do my very best to help you.

This log error indicates a problem in the date time format. Your date time must follow the ISO 8601 format, ISO 8601 represents date and time by starting with the year, followed by the month, the day, the hour, the minutes, seconds and milliseconds.

    For example, 2020-07-10 15:00:00.000, represents the 10th of July 2020 at 3 p.m.

You can change the date tine format in the Region settings.

1-Right-Click on Start and select Run

2-Type: control panel and click on Ok

3-Click on Clock and region then click on "Change date, time, or number formats"

4-Change the date format to starting with the year, followed by the month, the day

5-Click on Save and try to launch the game again.

You can see more information about the date format ISO 8601 at this link.

    Hello Robinson.
Firstly, thank you for your reponse. It was atleast something different to try to solve this issue.
Secondly, even though I have been using the dd-MM-yy format long before this error showed up, I tried this solution out, but to no avail. The error still persists. Although, I am noticing that the error is logged one hour before the actual time I open the launcher:
[2022.04.14-15.14.12:882][267]LogBuildNotificationToastHandler: Error: Format for DateTime incorrect in DisplayCondition Before({DateTime}). Datetime must follow Iso8601 format.

As in this, I launched the launcher at 4:15pm local time, but it was logged at 15:14 local time (which translates to 3:14pm).
Not really sure where this discrepancy arises from, but I will try to reinstall the game launcher completely and see if that works. I will update here if anything. Let me know if I can try anything more.

    Thank you.

If the reinstallation of the launcher doesn't fix the problem, you can try the repair upgrade using the Media Creation Tool, this procedure will repair all Windows files and apps.

    1-Download the media creation tool.

    https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=691209

2-Run the tool and select 'Upgrade this pc now'

3-Select the option 'Keep all my files and apps'

    4-Then click to update.
