Yes, you can do this. When you have 1st Windows installed make sure you have empty partition ready for another Windows. Use same edition (Home/Pro)  as 1st installed Windows is.

Boot from USB installer and select Custom install when asked. When installer ask where to install point that empty partition. Installer continue to install and create boot menu which you can use to select OS you want to start. When installer ask product key just click 'I don't have a....'.

You can change default OS and time to wait selection when you push Win key and type 'msconfig'. On boot tab you can change those settings.

    Hi

Below is an article on how to do this.

Choosing the boot will generally be F8 on startup.
You can also configure default os and boot options in Msconfig within Windows 10

Hi, I am Nigel, Independent Advisor here to work with you on this issue.

Starting with Windows 10 Anniversary Update, you can setup a dual boot configuration with another instance of Windows 10. It is not permitted by the license agreement, but it still activates. Microsoft's recommendation for remaining in compliance is to purchase an additional license agreement. So if you are running Windows 10 64 bit now, and you need 32 bit Windows 10 for compatibility purposes, you can do so by installing it on another partition.

Virtual machines would be a better option however

A virtual machine is an option.

If you are a running Windows 10 Pro, consider Hyper-V: How to setup a virtual machine using Hyper-V

If you are running Windows 10 Home, look into the following: How to: install the latest Windows 10 in Oracle VirtualBox

    Hope this helps!

Activation doesn't matter.I dont want virtual box. I want installation on physcial system.

Do i need to manually set up bootmanager or any work around i need to do manually and more importantly any TUT for this. ?
