Creating a directory from an Excel file

I need to create a complicated directory and need some help figuring out the best way to do it. My database is in Excel. The directory consists of all of our banks and then all of that branches for that specific bank underneath it. It would look something like this:

Bank Name

Street Address       Mailing Address

Phone:

Fax:

Website:

Directors:

Branch

Address1

Address2

Phone:     Fax:

Contact:

Email:

Next Branch

Etc., Etc.

Next Bank w/branches etc.

Any help you could provide would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

    Do read the tutorial before trying to use the mailmerge document included with it as you must get the mail merge main document set up exactly as

    required.
