Appdata folders Local and LocalLow are missing, and the Roaming folder had no folders?

Ok... So, I went to the appdata folder to modify my Minecraft game, but... The folders Local and LocalLow are missing. Roaming is there, but there are no files in it but the folder "Windows" which then contains yet another empty folder. There is no files, no other folders, no nothing. I know for sure that there should be a ".minecraft" folder in there and a folder for my Spore game. Yet there isn't. Help?
