- Check Filter Settings: In Outlook, go to the "View" tab, click on "View Settings" and then "Filter." Ensure no filters are applied that could be hiding your emails.
- Check Junk Email Folder: Check this folder to see if your missing emails are there. If they are, you can right-click on them and select "Mark as Not Junk" to move them back to your Inbox.
- Check Rules: Go to the "Home" tab, click on "Rules" and then "Manage Rules & Alerts" to review your rules. Make sure there are no rules set up that could be moving or deleting your emails.
- Check Deleted Items Folder: Check this folder to see if your missing emails are there. If they are, you can move them back to your Inbox.
