    Hello Ken R,

I'm Shalom and I'd happily help you with your question. In this forum, we are Microsoft consumers just like yourself.

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

    • Check Filter Settings: In Outlook, go to the "View" tab, click on "View Settings" and then "Filter." Ensure no filters are applied that could be hiding your emails.
    • Check Junk Email Folder: Check this folder to see if your missing emails are there. If they are, you can right-click on them and select "Mark as Not Junk" to move them back to your Inbox.
    • Check Rules: Go to the "Home" tab, click on "Rules" and then "Manage Rules & Alerts" to review your rules. Make sure there are no rules set up that could be moving or deleting your emails.
    • Check Deleted Items Folder: Check this folder to see if your missing emails are there. If they are, you can move them back to your Inbox.
    • Repair Outlook Data File: You can try repairing your Outlook data file using the built-in Inbox Repair tool.

    Best Regards, Shalom

On my PC version of Outlook 365, the problem is an email does not show directly in the inbox of the email address. There is no rule for this email. But, if I search for a keyword in the email, it is displayed.

There is no rules for this email. Resetting the "View" does not reveal it. Filters is set to OFF.

On my Phone version of Outlook, for the iPhone, the email does not show up in the "Focused" settings, but it does show with the Other Settings.

So it seems like the email is only viewable on the PC under certain situations, but none that I can identify.

    Any thoughts?

Im having the same problems my emails are not appearing. If I send to myself they pop up but cannot click through. and it says I have unread messages but they are not appearing. I can search for the message since I know I sent them so they appear in a search but otherwise they are all hidden after may and obviously if I don't know anyone sent an email I cannot search?

    I turned off focus.

They are not in the trash.

I do see the emails on may phone. Just on the desktop outlook nothing....

Anyone know about this? This thread looks similar.
