I recently upgraded from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 Pro. Windows was activated at this time but the following day my drivers were not working properly so I did a rollback from the previous day. Now Windows is giving me an error code (0xC004F034) and I cannot activate Windows. I have attached screenshots of the screen. Anyone know how I can fix this? Thanks in advance.

    Hi Greg,

This error code is usually caused by a problem with the product key. For better assistance, we would like to clarify how you got the Windows 10 Pro? Is it supplied by a company?

As an initial troubleshooting step, we suggest that you run the Activation troubleshooter and try activating Windows 10 Pro again. To run the Activation troubleshooter, follow these steps:

    1. Click the Start button and select the Settings icon.
    2. Choose Update & Security from the list.
    3. Select Activation in the left pane of the window.
    4. Click Troubleshoot.

If your Windows 10 Pro is supplied by a company, we recommend that you get in touch with your organization's support for assistance with the activation.

We'll be waiting to your reply.

Use your Windows 7 Professional key to reactivate using chat support:

Click Start > Settings > Update & security > Activation > Change the product key then enter the new product key then click Next to Activate

If you are unable to activate Windows 10 after all the above and you are certain you have the correct edition installed, then please attempt activation by chat support:

    Hi,

I have done the troubleshoot multiple times and get the same results as the second screenshot. I got the free upgrade of Windows 10 on the official website last week. It was activated though, but as I said the drivers had caused an issue resulting in a rollback. After the rollback this error occurred and the troubleshooter has not fixed the problem.

    Greg.
