How do I make my background image appear fully in Teams?

I am struggling to make a custom background image appear correctly in Microsoft Teams. I have created the image to the correct specification (1920 x 1080) and yet when I add it into Teams, it cuts off a huge amount of the image including our logo. The issue is then exacerbated when there are more people on the call as there is even more of the image cut off.

I have attached the image as it should be appearing and then the screenshot image of what actually appears when it's a live Teams Background.

Please help as I am looking to run a webinar and need to be able to have our correct company image appearing please.

    Hello Albert,

    Sorry to know that you are unable to fit the custom background in Teams. Let me help you!

    I did my research and I found a thread that is similar to your concern. This customer found out that it has something to do with the camera aspect ratio of video as it was 4:3 and that is why the background was being cropped. It had nothing to do with the Teams application, rather with the camera their device. I suggest to resized the image and match the 4:3 ratio.
