Bluetooth headset Mic not working Windows 10

I have Infinity Glide N120 Bluetooth headsets that work properly on mobile phones and some laptops but the MIC does not work in Windows10 ASUS Vivobook 15 X509JA Model.

Though I can hear the music properly on the laptop but while using MIC it does not work. I tried updating all the Bluetooth, Microphone, Realtek drivers with the latest Windows update as well as the checked all settings for sound and microphone (Changing levels etc) which shows the voice signals but when listening, I Can't hear anything.

I already replaced my headsets once and believe it does not have any issue with MIC but something related to windows driver or settings mostly.

The same headsets work on my other ASUS laptop having Windows 10.

Any help or guidance apprfeciated.
